Professional Trainings
“The customer comes first” is our core philosophy. SHG believes that the only way to provide a high quality of service and satisfy the needs of customers is through our core philosophy of “Putting the customers first.” All employees are therefore required by SHG to complete three phases of training. The training enhances their professional competency and improves customer service.
All of the transportation vehicles in our fleet are licensed to transport hazardous goods. All transportation personnel have undergone training on transport of hazardous goods as well. We can therefore serve our customers on demand and show them how to response to unexpected events.
Company personnel also receive training based on their job description from the Labor Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and take the certification exam. Qualified personnel that have undertaken safety and health training are stationed at the factory to provide assistance as necessary.
Public health and safety are important to SHG. We believe that the provision of a legal and safe working environment is the only way put employee fears at rest so they can focus on quality control. This will maximize our productivity and provide customers with quality service.
