Shin Hwa Gas Co., Ltd. Was founded by Chairman Ming-liang Wang in 1978. Forty years later, Shin Hwa has grown from a one-man company to an enterprise with 50 employees, and from a ground-floor office in a townhouse to four operating locations. Even the economic depression after the financial crisis did not stop Shin Hwa from growing two-fold.

● Training
Proper employee training is a basic responsibility of Shin Hwa. The following training courses have been developed to ensure that new employees can succeed at their role:
1. Internal Training |
Every new employee must undergo around a month of training to learn about the gas industry and products. Internal training encompasses product introduction, internal environment, customer attributes and professional knowledge. Systemic planning ensure that employees can adjust quickly and effectively to their role. |
2. Professional Qualification Course |
Suitable external training course are organized by Shin Hwa based on the nature of the job to improve professional expertise. We also provide employees with assistance and subsidies to help them obtain different qualifications and challenge their own limits. |
3. Departmental Supervision |
Employees are assigned a mentor when they first join Shin Hwa to provide close supervision. Mentors also continue to provide their support and assistance later on as well. Employees can expect their mentor’s continued support during their career with Shin Hwa. Job assignments can also be adjusted on demand. |
